| · Procurement of seamen, namely captains and officers, of different nationalities |
| · Organising of payment of wages as well as calculating, printing and sending of wage slips including any demand arising from the German social insurance or from the German tax authorities. |
| · Crew planning and organising crew changes |
| · Arrangement of VISA, ISR (German international register) documents, medical certificates, etc. for seamen |
| · Procurement of P&I Insurance for seamen |
